Stiftung Gass 1911

The purpose of the Stiftung Gass 1911 was the sustainable use, preservation and modernisation of the historic buildings on the Gass site in Buttisholz. In line with the utilisation strategy of the village centre of Buttisholz, the site was to be developed into a place of learning and experience, providing a centre for education, culture and the promotion of a sustainable, social and healthy lifestyle. A particular focus concentrated on the development and implementation of the vision of a 'village centre of nutrition', which promoted local and sustainable food supply and served as a central meeting point for education, exchange and innovation in the field of nutrition.
