Low costs – small risks – market-driven
It is your decision
In view of the currently low interest rates FdF tries to avoid holding cash and cash equivalents. Instead, it invests the assets it manages as completely and competitively as possible in accordance with the principles described below.
Should you prefer to have the assets of your foundation fund managed by a a financial institution of your trust, you are of course free to do so.
The overall assets under supervision of FdF are managed according to an investment strategy that is reviewed and optimised periodically.
FdF cooperates with Ecofin Portfolio Solutions (eps) in the investment of assets. This asset management firm has long-standing experience in handling foundation funds, and operates independently of any ties to banks. On behalf of foundations, it maintains an asset pool that has yielded good returns relative to the market at low administrative cost and with balanced risks for many years now.
