The purpose of the Giff Foundation is to promote education, social inclusion, and equal opportunity for people with disabilities by enabling access to skills, networks, and pathways into economic participation and self-determined work. 

At the center are individuals with disabilities or neurodivergent profiles who, through their life circumstances, have learned early on to overcome challenges and have thereby developed exceptional resilience and problem-solving capabilities, their so-called "resilience muscle." 

The Giff Foundation supports these individuals in transforming their abilities into entrepreneurial
energy, building sustainable livelihoods and companies, and thereby creating new role models for inclusion, innovation, and self-determination.
